FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HOW ARE YOUR LESSONS TAUGHT?
While classes were once taught in-person pre-pandemic, all lessons at KidzInk Education are now taught via Zoom video. At present, I have no plans to return to face-to-face teaching. I've found video lessons encourage a more coherent and strong bond between parent and teacher, as well as enable more evening classes to take place.
HOW CAN I APPLY FOR FINANCIAL SUPPORT?
If you are from a low-income family or a single-parent, please email maria@kidzink.co.uk to discuss details.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION OR REFUND POLICY?
No refunds or credits are given for any reason except extreme circumstances, which will be at my discretion.Once payment has been made, that space has been saved for your child. In order to encourage attendance, no refunds will be given for absences.
ARE ALL CLASSES TAUGHT BY A FULLY QUALIFIED TEACHER?
All classes are taught by the founder, Maria Costa, who is a fully-qualified teacher with fifteen years of teaching experience.

Any other teachers employed by KidzInk Education will be fully-qualified and experienced teachers.
DO YOU TEACH ONE-TO-ONE?
I do not offer one-to-one classes, but Tuesday evenings between 6pm and 7pm are earmarked for support sessions with existing students. These sessions usually last between fifteen and forty-five minutes. Support sessions are offered free of charge.
DO YOU TEACH INTERNATIONALLY?
KidzInk Education currently offers classes to children in the U.K and Hong Kong. However, children from all over the world are welcome to join any of the term-time classes provided the time difference works.
