TUESDAY, APRIL 2ND, 11AM – 1:20PM AND AGAIN AT 4PM – 5:30PM Latymer and Dame Alice Owen have historically had a 'continue the story' creative writing task. This workshop offers children and parents the opportunity to see how they fare in a mock exam, completely independently, when continuing an 11-Plus text. The workshop will consist of two parts: Part 1, 11am - 1:20pm: rules for Continuing the 11-Plus text followed by planning and writing with teacher input and guidance. Feedback and percentage mark sent by 3:45pm Part 2, 4pm - 5:30pm: lesson, revision and editing This class includes the following: - 4 hours of teacher input - comprehensive marking of stories with percentage - post-class email summary
