Welcome to KidzInk! By enrolling in our online classes and using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Enrolment and Payment

Full payment is required at the time of enrolment to secure your child’s place.

Once a child is enrolled, no refunds, cancellations, or lesson changes can be made.

If your child is unable to attend a class on a particular day, they may be able to attend a different session, subject to availability and at the discretion of the teacher.

2. Class Access and Behaviour

Classes are held via Zoom, a secure online platform. You will receive access details prior to the start of your course.

Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child has a suitable environment and device to participate in the class. Siblings enrolled in the same class must each have a device.

Respectful behaviour is expected at all times. Disruptive conduct may result in removal from the class without refund.

3. Intellectual Property and Content Sharing

All lesson content, resources, and materials are the intellectual property of KidzInk and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced without prior written permission.

By enrolling, you agree not to share any materials or recordings with individuals who are not KidzInk parents or guardians.

4. Privacy and Data

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information provided during enrolment is used solely for class-related communication and is never shared with third parties without your consent.

5. Changes to Terms

KidzInk reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes.

By enrolling in a KidzInk class, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
